canceling domain

  Hi,

  I bought a domain (unozweitutu.com) on monday and I cancelled a few hours later after realizing I wanted to use wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com.
  Now when I login to check how the cancellation went I get a notification that says that there was a problem with my cancelation and I should contact support. Could you please explain me what happened.
  I really need to cancel it as I already purchased a new domain and host and I need my money back.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and charges for both the registration and mapping was refunded successfully ($18). However, charges for private registration was not refunded.

  I have canceled your subscription for the private registration and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
