Canceling Domain

    I signed up for WordPress Personal with a custom domain for a year yesterday. After playing with the service for a bit, I decided it wasn’t for me. I want to cancel both the Personal upgrade and the custom domain I bought. I successfully canceled my Personal subscription, but I don’t think I canceled the domain name correctly to get a refund. I was following these instructions:

    But I did not see a ‘Cancel’ option next to my domain on the purchases screen. I tried removing the domain, which may have been a mistake, since now it’s gone from my purchases page and I haven’t received a refund. It was definitely within 48 hours, though, which is the cutoff for getting a refund on a domain. Can anyone tell me how I can get my refund?

    I see that you canceled all of the upgrades on your account, including louiswebbgames.com. I’ve verified that we have issued a full refund of $35.88 and you should receive those funds in about ten days.

    If you are planning to use louiswebbgames.com again somewhere else it should be available in about 5 days.
