Canceling Domain Error

    Hi,

    Trying to cancel my paid expired domain in order to get access to the .wordpress.com version of my site. However when I attempt to do so I get the following message.

    “You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.”

    Any assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

    I was able to remove the subscriptions for ralphrobertbaylor.com from under your account. You should no longer receive that message.
