Canceling domain mapping and WP.org dashboard

  I cant find the dashboard for wordpress.org.

  I only found a dashboard for wordpress.com,
  while i have been trying to activate the wordpress files on my HostGator housing with little luck!
  I have set up a wordpress.com page linked to my domain ( i payed for domain mapping) I realised
  when i tried to upload my acquired theme that I’m in the wrong place.

  Can I move my domain mapping to .org and how do i get on the correct dashboard ?

  I have tried following the instructions about opening the link with my browser but it never works.

  Please help!

  do i need domain mapping when using wp.org and hostgator ? If not, can i get a refund on the service i don’t need ?

  You don’t need Domain Mapping for a self-hosted blog, so I have canceled and refunded that.

  What you’ll need to do is install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on you hosting provider.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
