canceling domain renewal

    I want to cancel the domain renewal but I can’t find it under purchases (there’s nothing under the purchases).

    And also, I thought paid-members get to get help from the WordPress staff? What’s the difference between this and asking on Reddit?

    If you don’t see a purchase for your account antifragilemuse30297610, it probably means your purchase is connected to another account of yours.
    To get help and support for a paid plan, you must be logged in to the account owning a paid plan.
    Reddit is jus a forum as our forum is only for help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform.
    To restore access to your other account, you can use the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    Hey, thanks for the help. I don’t even know which account is connected.

    I paid for the domain, and got the email that the domain payment will renew in 30 days. I do not wish to renew. I have not done anything to the website in 3 years.

    In fact, I have an email copy for the receipt for the domain registration I paid in 2020. It doesn’t show on the WordPress account when I login using the same email.

    Is there really no phone number that I can just call and sort out in 5 minutes?

    This is the account. I got an email headsup for the domain renewal and tried to cancel for 30 minutes before I posted this.

    The domain is antifragilemuse.com

    If I click “Close your account permanently”, will that make this go away for good?
