Canceling Domain Upgrade

Looking through the Support, I believe it says I have 2 days from the purchase of an upgrade to cancel and get a refund. The automatic payment with through today, and I am trying to cancel it, however it says an error occurred and to contact support. Please let me know what steps I have to take to reverse this purchase. Thank you.
