Canceling Free Trial and domain name

    Hi. Yesterday, I began a free business trial upgrade, but by the end of the day realized I did not need the upgrade or the domain name I registered for: eatontonfirst.com. I’d like to cancel them both, but each time I’ve tried to do this from the https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/ page, I get a confirmation email sent to me. When I click the link in the email, it returns me to the upgrades page and says “Upgrade not canceled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment.” I realize this is a free trial so there is no refund to be had, but I just want both services cancelled. From the previous threads I read, I do realize that canceling the domain may mean that I cannot get the domain in the future.
