canceling my account immediately

  I attempted to cancel my account prior to March 17th, 2021 and avoid the fees involved with the account. I was and am still unable to pay for this service. I just opened my paypal account and discovered that I was still charged for this service. I can no longer afford to pay for this service and I want a refund immediately.

  Hi there,

  It appears that only your domain was refunded when you cancelled on the 17th. You can see the receipt for that refund in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  I’ve now refunded the plan portion of your payment as well. With PayPal payments the refund usually reflects within a few hours.
