Canceling my free trial and releasing the domain

I tried canceling my trial 3-4 days ago using the tutorial about removing it from the shopping cart. I thought that everything was taken care of and then I looked on my billing history today and it said there were $99 of upcoming charges on January 24, when my trial would be ending. Please remove the trial from my account and DO NOT charge me for the premium account and delete the account altogether. I do not want to host my website through WordPress.com. I also put in the domain name we would be wanting to use and do not want that registered through WordPress.

My advice is to get staff to refund everything BUT the domain name. Then you don’t take a chance on losing it, and you can simply transfer the management to your chosen domain management company later.

I have disabled auto-renew for your free trial, so it will expire rather than renew on the 25th. Our system will charge you for the domain on or around the same day.
