Canceling my premium plan

    I just bought a premium plan but after looking over how to edit the website, I find it a little difficult so I’ve decided to cancel my plan. I bought the annual plan but it’s only giving me the option to remove plan… the annual plan is one that supposed to be able to be refunded.
