Canceling my Subcription with WordPress

Yo can cancel your subscription via Manage Purchases, in your personal menu. Note that you’ll only receive a refund if you’re within the 30 first days since you subscribed to the plan; take a look at this help page for more information about it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

Please let me know what purchase you need help cancelling and getting a refund for. There aren’t any upgrades or charges made to the account that you are contacting us from.

Thank you for your replies. I’ve received an preauthorized payment receipt from paypal in regards to my purchase from my personal email (email visible only to moderators and staff) (pic here: https://imgur.com/a/bVxip7S)
I have also checked my under “Manage Purchases” in my personal menu and no information was found. (pic here: https://imgur.com/a/oEKepdt)
Most likely the order is under a different email ID. I can’t remember much because I dabbled on wordpress a few months back and kinda forgotten about it. Perhaps if the support team can check on this? I appreciate it very much.

Looks like you’re referring to another WordPress.com account (@ikhwankthxbai90) and if that’s the case, then you have already received a full refund for that purchase.
