Canceling order – waiting on confirmation link for my cancellation

    Hi there. I’m trying to cancel a bundle package I purchased. It says I will receive an email with a confirmation link for my cancellation, but I have not received it and the purchase is still showing as active. Please cancel this bundle package order. Please advise as to next steps. Money has been deducted from my account already.

    I have canceled the upgrade and processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
