Hello,
after my invoice was automatically debited from my payment acoount without my knowledge, I tried to cancel the payments, but $26 was not returned. Full refund, please.best regards

@yetkileaks, it looks like there are a few factors here:– The $26 was for the renewal of the domain ytknguny-socialtrading.com , which I can see you’ve subsequently cancelled. Please understand that a cancelled domain might not be available again anytime soon. If you’ll be using it elsewhere, let us know right away so we can get it back for you.
– There was also a billing dispute, which makes refunds a little trickier. I’ll find out the current status so we can determine the best path forward.

It looks like this dispute was at a stage where I was able to refund the $26, so that’s done. You’ll see that in the next few days.
If you change your mind on the domain, though, please let us know right away. No guarantees that we can get it back, but we can try if we hurry.
