  I need to cancel a subscription. However, it was made under an account I made years ago that I can’t remember the email or password too. However, I have my card information and can provide that, but I’m going to be charged soon if not.

  You need to login to that account to cancel the subscription.

  Once you get access to your account you can easily turn off the automatic renewal of the subscription. To know more about how to turn off automatic renewal for the subscription please refer to the link below:
