  Can someone please help me!!!! I have been trying to get into contact with someone regarding the charge to my account. I did not want to renew my subscription. And I cannot seen to get in contact with a person. Is there a number to the billing department?

  Hi @bekacoughlinexperiance, I don’t see any sites on this account. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.
