Canceling plan

I know I have to go to the ‘purchases’ tab in order to cancel my plan and get a refund before my week is up. When I click purchases, the page itself never loads. I have tried on multiple devices and computers. Now in my quest to find an email or a phone number to contact support, Im realizing how difficult it is for me to simply cancel my plan.
Does anyone know how I can get in direct contact with WordPress?
