Canceling plan – old email

  I recently joined a new job, where they were using a WordPress website. We migrated our site to Squarespace and are now trying to cancel WordPress. The founder of the company passed away recently and we do not have access to his email/admin account for the website – obviously we cannot get access now as he was the only one with the password. Is there a way to contact WordPress about canceling the subscription without access to that email account? He never set up a recovery email or phone number. We of course have all his personal and billing info as that was with the company. Trying to not get charged!

  pnetworks.org

  The domain is currently hosted on Squarespace, though. I can transfer it back to WordPress if that would be helpful.

  Thanks for sharing that URL.

  It appears that the pnetworks.org domain is not associated to any WordPress.com site, and is registered through GoDaddy. It’s likely that the WordPress.org site was hosted there — I suggest reaching out to their support.

  I hope that points you in the right direction.
