Canceling purchase

I need to remove my credit card from an unnecessary recurring charge and cancel a charge made on 1/28. I do not see this charge in my https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing. How do I reach an account technician to do this?

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

I don’t want to provide any details on a forum, so please email me directly at my official WordPress identity if you need further details.The charge appears to be associated with a website that I created several years back for a client. monarchparents.org was the site. It is now defunct…discontinued…the domain name is unpointed. It has been closed for over 8 months at this point.
I am not sure what username/account that purchased the upgrade was ordered by, or who would have even done this. I was assuming it was some sort of automatic renewal. No one would have ordered any new service.
But the card being charged is my personal card. I need that charge reversed. I can request a chargeback with the credit card company if that is the best way. Please advise.
