Canceling Renewal

  I just received a notice saying my account had been renewed successfully and I want to cancel this or cancel future renewals. Site is http://apwerner.wordpress.com/ Transaction id is: [redacted]

  Hi there – No problem! I want to double-check with you about your domain apwerner.com, however. If you cancel your domain, there’s no guarantee it will be available to register again. If you think you might still want it, you can transfer it to use it with another website rather than cancel it.

  If you want to keep it, I can cancel the rest of your bundle and refund you the balance (the domain alone is $26.00 per year).

  If you’re sure you don’t want the domain at all anymore, let me know and I’ll cancel and refund the entire thing. :)
