    I need help canceling my subscription. I thought I cancelled in February but I am not seeing a refund. Thanks!

    I’m sorry about that, I’m really not sure what happened, but we’ll definitely look into this!

    I have sent the refund now, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
