Canceling Service

I can’t seem to find anyone to contact about canceling service, and I was just billed for an “Upgrade” as of tomorrow. How do I get in touch with someone?

You should be able to cancel an upgrade at
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Mouse over the upgrade and click on Cancel
Refunds
We want you to love everything you do at WordPress.com, so we provide a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard, or contact support to request a refund.

I’m not seeing that option–thanks for flagging the staff! The upgrade isn’t specific on what it is, just that it is an upgrade. I’ll keep looking for that option. Thanks for the help!

I found the option and canceled, but it had already renewed premium service, which I attempted to cancel before and was unable. I hope support staff gets in touch with me.

I can cancel that for you and process a refund. However, that will cancel your lowcarbseattle.com domain as well. If you wish to keep the lowcarbseattle.com domain, I can process a prorated refund.
