  I want to cancel wordpress.com now! I still want the domain name http://www.chrisbuffalofolsom.com but I wish to cancel the other service immediately and receive a refund. How do I do it????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to double check, you would like to cancel the WordPress.com Premium upgrade, but keep the domain registration (for a total refund of $73)?

  That would be correct, $73.00. I do have a question about the domain also. I have tried accessing the domain to change servers and have not been able to. Isn’t this my domain now to do with as I wish or will WordPress.com always have control over it?

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  It is your domain. When you tried to set the nameservers, did you use the instructions here:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers
