Canceling subscription

I did not realize I had actually signed up for this until I saw a charge on my credit card. I was just trying to see if I could work with the templates. I want to cancel whatever this subscription is but when I go into Manage Purchases, the only option I see is to Upgrade. I just wanna cancel please.

I don’t see any upgrades in your account. What upgrade exactly is it you bought, and for which site? What is the amount appearing on your card?
And did you do it using another username account? For any purchase made here you should have received a receipt via email.

I did not receive any receipts via email. I noticed a charge of $18 on my credit card. I do have a reference number.

I figured it out. It was for Akizmet for another site of mine. It had WordPress.com on the address.

Ah, okay. Akismet uses the same payment system as us, which is why you see WordPress.com on your statement, but they have a separate billing support queue.
