I would like to cancel annual payments to wordpress as the site is no longer active.

To cancel a plan or domain purchase:
– On your Purchases screen, click on the purchase you wish to remove.
– Select Cancel Subscription.
– The next screen explains that canceling will keep your subscription active until the expiry date, but it will not automatically renew after that. Click Cancel Subscription again.
– Fill out the brief survey and click Next Step.
– You’ll have the option to chat with us in case there’s anything we can help you with before you remove your plan. Click Next Step.
– On the final screen, click Cancel Now.I hope this helps.

Thanks. To be honest, this account was set up years ago and I’m not sure I recall much of the details surrounding the account. It was a business expense and I have left that job two years ago. I may need assistance in locating that account and deactivating the subscription and credit card auto payment.

What upgrade, and on which site, do you want to cancel? The

This did not help. I need to have an actual conversation with someone with wordpress. I’ve attempted the account recovery form but I have not been able to submit the form.

What is the URL of the site you are trying to get a refund for? That might be the easiest place to start digging into what can be done.

I believe the URL is http://www.chicagolegends.com. I believe the domain was ultimately transferred elsewhere and may not be visible any longer, but that’s the only other conceivable URL that I would think would be associated with my credit card and why it is continuing to be charged.
