    Hi there, Is this for your above site everbephotography.wpcomstaging.com? It looks like you had an upgrade on your site that will require Staff assistance in downgrading before you can delete it.

    Staff will need you to confirm that you understand that all your content will be removed, outside themes and/or plugins will be removed and unavailable and that your site will revert to a free theme. They will be able to proceed once you’ve confirmed.

    Hi @everbephotography,


    @justjennifer     is right. To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
