Canceling Subscription

Hi – I recently noticed I am being charged monthly for something from wpchrg.com. I looked it up and it said: This was a charge for a Akismet/VaultPress Subscription.
I need to cancel immediately – I stopped wordpress a year ago and I didn’t know I was still being charged for anything. Please cancel immediately, and if possible, credit back any portion you could. I stopped using wordpress in March 2016. Thanks so much.

You can log in to your account via https://akismet.com/account and click on the cancel my account and my subscription button available to you.

The last charge that was made to this account was in November 2015, and it looks like you received a partial refund for that charge in March 2016. You can view these transactions in your billing history, here:

If you’re receiving charges for Akismet and VaultPress, those are via a different WordPress.com username account. It would be best if you contacted the Akismet support team directly, as they’ll need some payment info from you to help track down these transactions, and those shouldn’t be shared in a public forum.
