Canceling subscription

    I can’t seem to cancel my subscription. I have one and a wordpress site. When I go to purchases, it tells me I don’t have any sites. The subscription is due to renew soon.

    I’ll be happy to help you with this. It looks like the subscription must be under a different WordPress.com user account. There are not any upgrades connected to the account that you’re signed in to and using here in the forums. Can you tell me the site address connected to the upgrade?

    twokitchensonedish.wordpress.com is not connected to this WordPress.com user account that you are singed in with and posting from in the forums.

    I’ve sent an email to the account that you need to sign in with. You can reply directly to that email, or post back here in the forums, and I can take care of disabling the renewal. Alternatively, you’ll find the option to cancel the upgrade at wordpress.com/me/purchases/ once you are signed in to the correct account.

    Hi, I thought I had cancelled our subscription, but I just received and email receipt for our updated subscription. Can you help me “undo” this, please?

    There was a $99 refund processed to your account on March 23rd. It should reach you in about ten days.
