canceling subscription

    How do I cancel subscription once I get to the manage purchases page? All I see is a link to upgrade.

    Hi roxannchristlesmith,

    You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades.

    What subscription, on which site, are you trying to cancel? You’ll have to be logged in as the account that owns that upgrade in order to make changes to it.

    If you’re referring to the domain, storycatchersisters.com, that domain belongs to the admin that also owns the site to which that domain is connected: rosemarychristlerenaud
