Canceling subscription plan

    Hi,

    I was trying to obtain information about my past purchases with the goal of canceling my subscription. However, when I click on Billing History in the profile section, nothing comes up, even when I try to search under ‘2023’ to view last year’s payment. Is there another way I can cancel my whole plan and the next payment coming up?
