Canceling subscription – Unable to access account

  Hello, I’ve made a website in the past and I remember subscribing for a plan, but I completly forgot about it in the meantime. I noticed a transaction towards wordpress in the previous days. I was trying to recover my account via Transaction ID but I don’t remember the URL of the website, needless to say I can’t remember anything else. Email, phone number, anything. I remember creating another email adresss specifically for this website and I’m 100% certain I changed my phone number at least twice since then. How can I cancel this subscription.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.

  The issue wasn’t on this website, but thank you. The link provided brought me one step closer. I was able to open a ticket on the same page after tracking the transaction. I’m currently awaiting for an email.
