Canceling the 2week trial

I’ve tried numerous times to cancel the premium trial over the past 2 weeks. It says to check my email to confirm but I haven’t gotten a single email. I now have a pending charge for $99. This is so aggravating!

Did you check in your email spam filter and under the social tab in gmail if you use it?
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Chelsea, I’ve already replied to to you via email. The pending transaction has been voided on our end, so your bank will eventually release the hold on your account as if the transaction never happened.
