canceling the blog

  :hallo. i have sevrel problems.
  after sevrel tries i am not happy with the result and would like to delete my blog from wordpress.
  i started by buying a primum program and upgreaded to BUSINESS program. i notice i was charge on bouth. so i want to cancel them all and get the refund and delete the blog. how do i do that?

  and also i transfur the dumain to a Wix site if it shows at your end but i still see it here..i can’t see the site on its new adress. it doesnt load when i tipe the adress pashotlehanot.com or http://www.pashotlehanot.com have any ideas why?

  Hi Dafna, someone has tagged this for Staff to help you with the refunds, but do you see them both in your Manage Purchases? https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  The domain pashotlehanot.com loads form me on a wix site. If you are still having issues with this, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then try again, or try viewing in a browser that you don’t normally use.

  As far as deleting your pashotlehanot.wordpress.com site, once you have taken care of the refund issue and Staff confirm that your domain is no longer connected to it, you can delete the WordPressdotcom site.

  Do please understand that deleting a WordPressdotcom site is permanent and deletes not only the site content but also the site address. If you think there is even the smallest chance you will want to use that address again in the future, it is better to change your site visibility to Private to keep it out of public view and search engines.   Hi there,

  You bought the business plan on your site on 1 August 2016. You cancelled the plan on 4 September. We only offer refunds for 30 days after purchase, and you cancelled after 35 days.

  However, as you only missed it by a few days I’m still able to issue a refund for you. You should receive it in about 10 business days.

  The domain, pashotlehanot.com, is not registered with us so we have no control over it. Please contact your domain registrar, 1and1.com for help with the domain.
