Canceling the Upgrade

  I’m trying to cancel the upgrade and remove the domain name portion only. I did not register the name with you merely pointed it there but as it turns out wordpress.com customization isn’t enough for our needs so we are going to a self hosted solution but wish to maintain videopress. I receive the cancellation email with the link but when selecting the link i get and error that says contact support. I have tried this twice now.

  We can only issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. As you purchased the bundle on February 2, we will not be able to generate a refund for this.
