    I didn’t authorize this payment; didn’t realize the site was in any way active. Still can’t access it to cancel it. Please help.

    It sounds like your Personal plan was renewed, and you cannot access the correct account to cancel it?

    Do you remember the address of the site where you made this purchase? It would help us locate the charge. The faster way, though, would be searching for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
