canceling transfer domain option

    I recently paid $48 to transfer my url: http://www.healingyogahawaii.com with WordPress. I currently use ’emyspot.com’ to manage my site. I contacted them to provide me with a code to unlock, but they haven’t gotten back to me. I also recently renew and paid for this domain with them, so I’m now requesting to cancel my request with WordPress. After that, I will sign up for another domain name for my another business here. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Also I don’t see any current upgrades on this account, so you shouldn’t have to cancel anything here unless you have something purchased under another account. Let us know if you need more help!

    Thank you for your reply. I would like to transfer my domain to wordpress. I’ve requested my current provider to transfer, and it’s now been unlocked and I have the code. Will you navigate how I can transfer?

    I clicked: Transfer to Word Press.com
    and
    Entered my domain:
    healingyogahawaii.com

    But it shows this message, and can not go to the next step.
    healingyogahawaii.com is pending transfer and can’t be connected to WordPress.com right now. Learn More.

    Please advise me on this.

  • To finish the transfer, please follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

    In this case, you should be able to proceed by entering the domain at https://wordpress.com/domains/ but if that still doesn’t work, please let us know!

    Aloha, I recently purchased $48 – personal plan. Initially I was going to transfer my existent domain to use for the new website, but decided not to use the existent one but to register a new one here. I With this $48 plan, it says it includes a year free domain. Will you navigate how to register my new domain with this offer? I look forward to hearing from you.

    Also will you tell me the cancellation policy for this $48 personal plan? I’m also thinking about asking a professional to make my website instead of making on my own. If I do so, I do not need this yearly plan which I haven’t started anything yet. Please let me know ! Thank you.

  • Upgrades are refundable with in 30 days of purchase. The account that you’ve used to contact us though hasn’t made any purchases. If you did buy a plan then it must have been done under a different account. We would need to hear from you under that account in order to process the refund.
