Canceling unwanted renewals of domain: http://siamovegani.com

    Hi I need to cancel unwanted renewals of the domain http://siamovegani.com
    I tried in the page Review and manage subscriptions in account settings, under ‘Manage Purchases’, but the page doesn’t display the possibility to cancel the renewal. Last year I paid an unwanted renewal and this year I want to cancel the domain. Maybe there is somenthing wrong in my subscriptio, Can you cancel for me renewals of the domain http://siamovegani.com? Maybe you can force the action by your interface.
    Is there an email I can contact for this problem?

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that originally purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    @veganitaliani this is not the account that owns the upgrade.

    Try logging out, then log in again using the email address that gets renewal reminders. That will be the correct account, then (as upgrade owner) you will be able to cancel the upgrade here: https://wordpress.com/purchases .
