Canceling Upgrade

  I need to cancel an upgrade and get a refund. There is no cancel button on the my upgrades page as stated.

  Yes, that is correct. I would like to cancel the video press upgrade and get refunded please.

  That’s not a problem! I’ve gone ahead and cancelled that VideoPress and issued you a refund. Depending on your bank and their policies you should see a refund in the next few days to few weeks in your account.
