Canceling Upgrade

    I request on May 18th to cancel my upgrade during the 14 day trial for Business Pro. I received the e-mail that confirm the cancellation, but when I clicked on it the link said it was invalid. At 1:00 am this morning I received an alert from my bank account that I’m overdrawn. I have called the 877 number for Automattic, but that only gave my an e-mail to send my concerns too and also the option to leave a voice message. I have done both. I waited until open hours to speak to someone through chat and still had to wait. I’m about to get paid tomorrow and I have to pay for my child’s day care. I will not have enough for that. I wanted to do the free trial because I’m trying to put something together for the company that I work for. When I discovered this was not going to help I tried to cancel. I have tried to cancel it many times today and finally was able to get it to go through. I really need this charge reversed as soon as possible. I have contacted my bank and they have filed a dispute. It has been very difficult to speak to anyone on this site, which is very discouraging to do any business in the future. I’m quite disappointed because I’ve always loved WordPress. Please someone help me with this. I’m not sure if I can handle seeing my account -280 for much longer.

    It looks like Jackie has already been in touch through private email. She has voided the transaction so no funds should be removed from your account. Please let us know if you need anything else!
