canceling upgrade

I have tried to cancel my upgrade and am unable to get it process completely. I have gone to “manage purchases”, then waited for the confirmation email, followed the link and it tells me that it can’t be done and I need to contact support.
I would like to keep my domain name, but not the upgrade.
How do I do this? Can somebody help, thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
