Canceling upgrade before 2 days.

Good morning. I purchased upgrade today, realized I couldn’t afford it so went on immediately to cancel it. Was it done correctly? I hope not to be charged that amount. Please help. Thank you.

I apologize it was the trial, but like I said… I canceled it only after 10 MNS of getting it.. I want to make sure I won’t be charged… Please… Anyone…

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

Know that threads are dealt with in chronological order in accord with date and timestamps. When you post again you bump a thread a new timestamp is created and the original one is nixed. Hence posting repeatedly into any thread does not mean you get support more quickly. It means the opposite happens. It takes longer to get support. It’s in your best interest to stop bumping this thread by posting again into it until after Staff respond to you here.

I didn’t know. Thanks for explaining. I guess I just want to make sure I won’t get charged even though that’s what I did. I went to billing info and deleted trial. Probably 10 minutes after purchasing it. Thank you.
