canceling web hosting and receiving refund

I need a refund of $99.00 for you are no longer hosting my blog site. I have transferred site and domain name to bluehost.com. They are much cheaper and provide much better tech support. What more do I need to do to get refund?

Hi Tom – no problem, I’ve canceled the upgrade and refunded the charge. You should see that refund on your statement in about a week. I’m sorry it didn’t work out!
