Canceling WebDorado Photo Gallery plugin

    I paid for the professional version of WedDorado’s plugin called Photo Gallery. They have me on auto-renewed payment on my credit card (without my consent) and there is no way to cancel it on their website or to remove my credit card details!!!!. Their support no longer exists or responds. A rejected e-mail message is received everytime I have tried. How do I get this pluggin subscription cancelled. Thanks for your help.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with this plugin. Since it has nothing to do with WordPress.com, we can’t help you though.
    You may search for the support forum here: https://wordpress.org

    If there’s no way to contact support maybe try reversing the payment or opening a dispute.
