  I am being charged for a website that was never set up or used. I need to cancel the account

  I made a mistake. I think it’s another google account that I was confusing this one with.

  I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON!! I can’t figure this out.

  I’m being charged regularly by google. $63. I’m not sure what it’s for, but it’s not for my wordpress account.

  Please do not cancel this service.

  Hi @zlew1964 I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
