Wordpress.com doesn’t have partial refunds. Also refunds are only possible within a limited time, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#plans

Looking at your account, I see that you have no active upgrades and have recently cancelled your domain for a refund.
Please note that our refund policy for annual plans is 14-days, while domains are 96-hours, as outlined here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

I just cancelled my Premium about 10 minutes ago. I assumed since I used less than 1 year of the 2 year plan that a credit would be placed in my account or a refund would be issued. I also assumed I would be able to speak with someone directly and not just post on a forum for everyone to see.

Since your plan was cancelled, your site was downgraded back to a free plan which only includes forum support. The Premium plan and higher includes both email and live chat support.
As the plan is no longer eligible for a refund, I can restore it to your account otherwise so you can still make use of your investment. Just let me know if you’d like to do that, as we do not provide pro-rated refunds.

Yes, please restore it. I will use it since I still have over a year paid into it. Thank you.

I have restored your Premium plan as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
