Cancellation

  I am trying to cancel subscriptions on a lapsed domain. There is no cancel button on the upgrade page and the contact support link simply refers me to the support pages. So how do you contact wordpress?

  Hi there,

  Domains can only be cancelled by the user that owns the domain name — that’s almost always the user that purchased the domain originally.

  I don’t see any domains or other upgrades linked to your username chriscroft1. You can check to see who purchased a domain or other upgrade for a site by heading to Store > My Upgrades, and looking for “Purchased by” under the domain name there.

  If the domain owner posts in this support thread and lets us know what domain they’d like to have cancelled/removed from the site, I’d be happy to take care of that for you.
