    My daughter has been trying to cancel my daughters account for three years. Please help. Her name is Jessica bird and her domain is saveeveryslave.org. She is traveling and unable to get to her email. Please notify me on how to cancel and why it has not been cancelled. Sincerely Susan Bird (email (email visible only to moderators and staff))

    Hi Susan,

    Since this domain is in another account, there isn’t much information which I can provide to you. We can only provide information to the account holder or someone who is logged in to their account.

    I can tell you that after a brief review, this domain does not appear to be set to auto-renew, so once it expires in a few days, unless someone logs in to manually renew it the domain will be removed from the account. No one will be charged additionally.
