Hello,
I am not happy with my service through WordPress.com.
1.) I was not informed that I could not receive monetization via .com
2.) I am not impressed with the lack of plugins
3.) I am not impressed with the overall service of wordpress.com
4.) I am not impressed with the poor navigation of the general siteI also tried to refund the theme myself manually though my WP-admin, but failed as your site enjoys mercilessly teasing it’s consumers to thinking there’s good customer support.
I would like a refund of my Premium Upgrade along with my Beacon Premium Theme

Regarding the Premium bundle, it looks like you used it to register a domain (gamselgaming.com). Did you want to continue using that domain? If so, I will refund a total of $73 to your account ($99 – $26 for the domain). You can change the name servers on the domain to use it with a different service:
Eventually, you can transfer it to another registrar:

Ah – It sounds like you’re thinking of WordPress.org, which is a bit different than WordPress.com. You can read more about the difference here:

What about the theme refund? I have not recieved an email notifying the refund processing.
