CANCELLATION

    I tried to follow the instructions on cancellation and it didn’t give the option. I specifically ordered the 99.00 package so I could have domain purkeyslilaussies.com without the wordpress in the name. BUT once I paid it was listed with wordpress in the domain name. I want this cancelled NOW. Thanks

    Hi there,
    purkeyslilaussies.com is available but there is no domain mapping upgrade for purkeyslilaussies.com so it seems that something went wrong and it was not registered. Also be aware that one is required to have an underlying .wordpress.com blog URL to map from to the domain URL. And, it does take up 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet.

    Still haven’t received the refund for the 99.00 for upgrade.

    I went thru wix.com to get my website after it didn’t work right on here and I tried for 48 hrs to get ahold of a person to work on fixing it. Only made my new site yesterday. Once I get the refund I will cancel my complaint with paypal.

    I have requested a refund for the premium upgrade. I was unable to set up an email and requested that my email be changed to a personal email under account settings in order to receive the cancellation confirmation email. It continues to say that the requested email change is pending. I need to have this taken care of as soon as possible.

    @purkeyslilaussies,

    I have verified with our store department that because this charge was disputed with Paypal, the issue is now entirely with them and there is nothing else which we can do. This process can take some time (in some cases up to 70 days). They will return the funds to you as soon as they have completed their process.
