  To get the refund please refer to this Support page here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund

  Note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement

  Hi there,

  It looks like you cancelled your plan just outside of the refund period, but I was still able to process a refund in this case. You should receive a refund of £36 for your Personal Plan in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  The £16 renewal payment for your domain, mygreatstuff.co.uk, cannot be refunded any more, though: the refund period for domains is only 96 hours, and this payment is too far outside the refund period for us to issue a late refund.

  If you prefer, I can still restore that domain to your account. Then you can continue using it here or at another hosting provider, until it expires. Let me know if you want me to do that.
