Cancellation

I cancelled my purchase of domain on saturday right after I maid the purchase. I understand that your policy states that if the cancellation is done within the 48 hours of the purchase, the buyer will receive a refund. The reason I’m contacting you is because I did the cancellation on saturday and it hasn’t been resolved yet. It states “Cancellation Pending”. I wanted to know how long will it take? And aslo, if the cancellation process takes longer than 48 hours,due to a delay that is not imputable to me because I made the cancellation within the 48 hour period, will the refund still apply?
